Rods a 12lb class and a 20 – 30lb class boat rod and Reels a small and medium multiplier to match the rods loaded with 30-50lb braid.
Portland rigs or tube booms. Clear 20-30lb trace line fluorocarbon is best and a good assortment of lures, slow jigging can also be very effective.
Its worth having a couple of heavy traces in your box for conger and ling sometime we will anchor or a couple of heavy duty bream rigs if we anchor in November, December or January there are some very large Black Bream to be Caught.
Leads between 6 and 12oz.
