I think you all new this was coming but unfortunately I’ve had to take the decision to cancel all trips until at least mid April, I will review the situation from then on. If you have any bookings during this period I will attempt to get in touch ASAP deposits will be either refunded or preferably moved to another date later in the year. Stay safe and let’s get this over and done with and back fishing ASAP.
Nice to get out on the wrecks today and the Pollack obliged as well with plenty of fish for everyone up to 13lb 4oz. Back at it again tomorrow for another round of the Tuesday species league! We will be continuing to run all trips through this tough time for us all, there’s no better place to be than out in the fresh sea air!

Nice to get a few days in this week.
Tuesday was another round of the winter species league lots of fish were caught including Thornback Rays and Huss to 10lb, Small Congers, Smoothound, Pollack, Whiting, Wrasse and the first Bream of the year. Darren Herbert and Andy Sheader shared the top score for the day.
Friday we were anchored to the west of Portland after the Spurs, unfortunately only a handful of small ones were caught, we ended up plagued by small Eels. Fish of the day went to Adam Cawley with a Smoothound around 9lb.
We sneaked a day on the wrecks on Saturday as well, although we couldn’t push as far offshore as intended due to the weather, we still found plenty of Pollack to 12lb including 5 over 10lb, the first Cod of the year fell to Les Renders around 5lb who has to take top rod for the day landing the best Pollack among a fine haul of fish.
Spaces available Sunday 15th Offshore Wrecking.
